We believe

…that quality counts. That’s why our rye, white and foccacia bread with Italian herbs is made daily, why we only use butter in our cakes and pastries, why we cook chickens daily to use in our wraps.

…in local business. Our honey is from a local bee-keeper, our ground beef is from Prause’s Meat Market in La Grange and our coffee and tea are supplied by local companies.

…in healthy indulgence and healthy living. We have a range of organic and decaffeinated teas and coffees, fruit smoothies and soy milk

Mission Statement
